A: For your protection, you should always hire a professional company because these companies are licensed, insured and pay all applicable taxes.

Q: What to do if I have to cancel an appointment?
A: If you need to change / cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment we request a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Q: Do I have to be at home during a cleaning?
A: There is not need to be at home during a cleaning. You can either run errands or give a key to your home. We have keys to several homes including security codes for alarm systems.
Q: Do I have to provide any cleaning materials?
A: No. We arrive with the necessary supplies and equipment. If you have a favorite cleaning agent you want us to use in a certain area, please let us know.
Q: What do I need to do before a scheduled cleaning?
A: We request that you take a few minutes to pickup and store toys, clothing, etc. We also require that you put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

A: We train a crew on the specific cleaning needs of your home and always try using the same crew in order to get the best and consistent cleaning results.

A: Whenever we have a key to a home a manager or principal of the company will be present during the cleaning and to unlock and lock the property.

A: Should any of our technicians break something, we will either repair or replace
